FAQs

How long does a typical setup take?

At Galaxy Protection, our entire setup phase generally takes from 4 to 6 weeks. This includes the consultation phase, when we visit your location and design the system, and the installation of the cameras and equipment. We can accommodate your needs if you need a quick setup.

I already have a camera system; can I use Galaxy Protection monitoring?

Most camera systems are compatible with our system. However, a few brands of cameras and equipment might not be. We will complete a free onsite evaluation to check the status of your cameras, and we will provide recommendations and upgrades.

Does Galaxy Protection utilize IP-based cameras or analog cameras?

Galaxy Protection works with both analog and IP-based camera systems. We do recommend going with new IP-based cameras due to the higher image quality and to future-proof your system.

What hours can I have my property monitored?

Galaxy Protection’s live monitoring center is available 24/7/365. We are flexible and create a customized solution specifically for your business goals and necessities. Please reach out to us at (844) GALAXY5.

What if something goes wrong with equipment?

As long as you are under contract with us, we’ll take care of any and all necessary repairs or equipment replacement — period. That’s our worry-free guarantee, and a symbol of our commitment to a turnkey security solution on your behalf.

Can my guards or internal staff access the camera system?

Yes! Galaxy Protection sets up a fully accessible system for all of our clients. The system can be accessed from anywhere in the world with a computer, phone, tablet or even a web browser!

How much does a system cost?

All of our systems are customized for our customers’ needs. We offer a free on-site consultation and free estimate. Please call us for more information.
